Key elements for the #22aDayChallenge: Flip flops, sweaty shemagh, and a water bottle

For those of you that haven't been following our social feed, Combat Flip Flops and Uphill Running partnered to host the #22aDayChallenge.  Started by Air Force Veteran, Chris Eder:

The goal of this challenge is to elevate the social conversation around Veteran suicide rates, as well as destigmatizing PTSD and reframing the benefits of yoga and meditation. Additionally, we are raising funds on behalf of Save A Warrior and Mindful Yoga Therapy

22 Straight days of Yoga--ALL CLASSES ARE FREE TO VETERANS.

The Daily Schedule 21 October to 11 November
Monday through Thursday: 7pm PST

Periscope--We recognize a large portion of this community is not in Western Washington, so we're broadcasting every workout on Periscope.

Prizes--Yes, we have prizes.  If you participate in person, you get raffle tickets toward a prize distributed at Uphill Running.  If you bring a friend, we double your raffle ticket that day.  Tickets will be pulled on Veterans day... The simple math states that the more you come down and work out, the more likely you are to get some limited edition Combat Flip Flops gear!
