No response to warranty request after 3 weeks

I sent an email to customer service on 12/24/2024. Waited 3 weeks but no response. 1/14/2025, I tried to call the phone number on the site but it says to send an email and that the voice mail box is full.

My skids have been "droopy" shortly after purchasing. I have other flips flops that do not droop but these do. I can't use them as they constantly catch on things. See pic attached.

Great flops

I got 2 pairs the skids and the flops. A little stiff to start but they broke in quick. Customer service was great. All around great.

I wear a size 9 shoe so I got a 10 for my skids.Still way to small. Your sizing is way off. Wouldn't buying anything else from you guys.

Comfy Slides

Nice slides. The upper is a padded synthetic material that is comfortable on your foot. The toe is nicely curled up to prevent the usual 'snagging' that can happen which makes the Slide better for running and fighting, but they're still bad at both... The sole is the same material used on the Floperator and is both cushioned and grippy.

Overall, another fantastic product from Combat Flip Flops.
