Unhappy customer

I have satisfactory purchased several items from Combatflipflops and I do not usually write a bad review, but the Men’s Skids are an unsafe product for me.

I ordered my size of shoe as recommended by the website. They arrived too small and falling off my feet. I gave them a “break- in” time to stretch to my foot size. Today I fell wearing them and am lucky I was not injured.

To the trash can for these sandals as they are unsafe for me. Bad product, unsafe and I am lucky I did not break any bones.

ZERO RATING, but I am only allowed to give Men’s Skids a single star. I guess the single star is for not being in the hospital trying to wear them.

No response to warranty request after 3 weeks

I sent an email to customer service on 12/24/2024. Waited 3 weeks but no response. 1/14/2025, I tried to call the phone number on the site but it says to send an email and that the voice mail box is full.

My skids have been "droopy" shortly after purchasing. I have other flips flops that do not droop but these do. I can't use them as they constantly catch on things. See pic attached.

Great flops

I got 2 pairs the skids and the flops. A little stiff to start but they broke in quick. Customer service was great. All around great.

I wear a size 9 shoe so I got a 10 for my skids.Still way to small. Your sizing is way off. Wouldn't buying anything else from you guys.
