Men's Shadowban High Top

These boots are comfy and great for luai feet with a wide toe box and flex. But, these are not ankle supportive and Not for carrying heavy loads where substantial ankle support or technical movement is required.

Been exploring minimalist and barefoot style shoes for a a bit now. These ones didn't have any bad hotspots for me. I like a wider toe box and these fit fine for me. I normally wear a 9.5 but the 9 fits me really well. They are decently grippy on a lot of surfaces but will still slip around on ice like any outdoor boots would, that's still a bonus if it can be compared to an outdoor boot. You will feel bumps and rocks underneath them. If you're not used to this style of show you will have to work your way up to them feeling normal or being able to run in something like this. In my super comfortable super squishy maximalist Belleville boots I couldn't really tell that my stepping was off on one foot. These helped me correct how I walk. Needs slight arch support in my opinion but most people will be fine without.

For the price they are the comfortable and they’ll work good for some beaters for my feeters. One thing I have a question about tho. Is there a break in period for the leather, on the toe, just below the tongue of the shoe?

Old man who has always loved canvas shoes. Have worn out many pairs of Converse and especially loved the monochrome look. Loved the feel of my canvas jungle boots while serving. Was actually looking to buy some Woobies but came across some concerning reviews on quality and stumbled upon the Shadowbans by Combat Flip Flops. Was frankly unsure because they were so much cheaper... how could they truly outclass a more expensive rival. I didn't buy the Woobies, so can not give you a head to head comparison but I love these Shadowbans! So comfortable. Seem amazingly sturdy. The pull tap at the heal is sewn all the way down to the sole instead of being just a little sewn on loop at the top. The padding is perfect. Still that minimalist, light weight feel, but it somehow cradles my feet and makes standing for long days as comfortable as the pairs of Hokas my wife bought me. Who would have thought I'd be comfortable and stylin all at the same time. Unless there is a catch... I'll be wearing Shadowbans to my grave.

Comfortable, we'll see how they hold up to extremely dry climate
